Good day wonderful readers, I will tell you things you avoid if it happens that your blood group is O, so relax and read carefully because this article might save your life.
Health experts stated that peoples blood group are determined by the presence or absence of some certain antigens can trigger an immune response if they are strange to the body. 
Some antigens can make a patient's immune system to attack the transfused blood, safe blood transfusions, it depends on careful blood typing.
Meanwhile, there are four major blood groups that are detected by the presence or absence of two antigens A and B on the surface of red blood cells. There is also a protein called the Rh factor, which can be either present positive or absent, which detert the eight most common blood types (A+, A-, B+, B-, O+, O-, AB+, AB-).
Health experts explained that people who belong to the blood goup O can donate blood to all kind of groups, but only to people with the RH positive subgroup (O+, A+, B+, AB+). Meanwhile, people with type O blood can only receive type O blood. People with type O+ blood can receive blood from people with both O+ and O- types, health experts stated that those who have type O- blood can only receive the same O- type blood.
Well, we believe that Blood Group O is a normal type of blood, but there are things you should stop doing if you love your life so much, I will be listing the thing you should not do and some you should do, so pay attention.

Stop Doing The Following Things To Safe Your Life, If Your Blood Type is O:

1. Stop consuming excessive alcohol: you are advised to stop taking excess alcoholic substancs, if your blood type is O, taking excess alcohol is capable of affecting your adrenaline levels which are high with people who belong to blood group O, I didn't say you should stop taking alcohol, what I mean is that you should not take it excess.
2. Poor diet: If your blood group is O, poor diet or feeding can also makes you more susceptible to harmful metabolisms, you are advised to eat proper diets especially the one that gives enough blood in order for them to supply blood in your system.
3. Health experts revealed that people with type O blood can easily be stressed and tired. So you are advised to stop involving yourself in tedious activities that can make you tired easily.
4. Not exercising your body: If you have not been exercising your body, you are advised to start doing it to be always physically fit, exercise at least once a day.

SHARETWEET Nigerian celebrities including Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz; and pop star, Runtown have joined voices calling for an end to police brutality and extra-judicial killings. Big Brother Naija Reality Television Stars, Elozonam Ogbolu and Prince Enwerem are also a part of the protest which is taking place in various locations across the country. The protest started on Wednesday with youths gathered at Ikeja Underbridge displaying placards and sharing videos and photos using the hashtag #LagosProtests. They vowed to continue the protest for the next three days. Elozonam of Big Brother Naija with other protesters calling for an end to SARS    On Thursday, the second day of the protest, the youths besieged Police Headquarters in Ikeja and marched to Lekki Toll Gate. Falz and Runtown can be seen in videos leading the protest and chanting EndSARS! EndSARS! The popular artist also went live on their official Instagram handle showing videos of them at the protest. Falz, Runtown, and Prince had earlier tweeted on Wednesday announcing that they will be a part of the protest demanding total disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad. “Tomorrow morning we move out for the #EndSARSprotest ! We are not out to cause trouble, but our voices must be heard! 10am we link up at the Lekki toll gate. #EndSars,” Falz tweeted.   Also in Abuja, the protesters demanding the total disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad besieged the force headquarters. The campaigners sat on the Shehu Shagari Way, shouting ‘EndSARS,’ while paralysing vehicular traffic.
