Feeding is an important aspect of human existence that must never be overlooked. Humans just like other animals need food to survive. We can't live without food for a long time. The body will not function well if we don't eat well. However, when you eat is just as important as what you eat.
Eating at just the right time gives you satisfaction and helps maintain your good health. There are certain times of the day that shouldn't be eating food.
Many people don't mind grabbing a bite or two even after it's past their bedtime. Some even wake up late into the night to go and fix up something for themselves in the kitchen. To worsen the matter, they may end up eating loads of high calorie foods at that awkward time of the night. If you find yourself in this category, you should make amends today and save yourself from future health challenges.

Breakfast should be eaten between 6am and 10am, not before 6am and never after 10am. Ideally, you should eat breakfast an hour or two after you wake up.

Lunch must be eaten before 3pm. The best time should be around 1pm or just before. So, eating lunch closer to 3pm may be considered as late.

Dinner should be eaten between 6pm and 9pm. Don't eat late dinners as they have the most telling effect. Always plan your meal schedule so that your last meal is eaten before 9pm. Also, eat lighter foods when it's close to 9pm. If you must eat a heavy dinner, do so between 6pm and 7:30pm
