Why you should make a Fruit salad

You will find that most Nigerians are missing on the more important nutrients.

Fruit salad can be taken as breakfast as well an after meal dessert.

After buying some fruits, you will find that some aren't ripe or sweet enough for your taste.

So a Fruit salad is the solution to get everyone to eat all their fruits.

A diet rich in fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar which can help keep appetite in check.

A fruit salad doesn't need special ingredients or recipe, all you need is to dice all your fruits to tiny pieces, squeeze some orange juice and add small amount of sugar to taste. But here's a recipe of how I like to make mine at home.
Ingredients:

Watermelon

Banana

Pineapple

Orange

Pawpaw

Sugar/honey (optional)

How to make:

Wash all your fruits well, cut into dices, mix well all in one bowl, as for the orange, squeeze the juice into the fruit salad for a watery more juicy one. In the absence of an orange, add a little water or any juice of your choice, some like to add milk. Add some sugar or honey to taste. Refrigerate.

Why You Should Not Drink Cold Water

Every one knows that cold water is bad for the health, but people still decide to drink it as they find it refreshing to the body . 

But do you actually know what happens every time you decide to take a glass of chilled or cold water.

You are putting your self and health in danger 

In this article I will be telling with you the dangers of it.
REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT DRINK COLD WATER 
 
REASON 1
After you decide to take that chilled water which you find refreshing did you know that your blood vessels in your stomach starts to shrink and it affects the disgestion process .


REASON 2
When you drink cold water after eating. Your food doesn't digest properly and and the body doesn't absorb all the nutrien from the food . 


REASON 3
Drinking water after working may lead to chronic stomach pain as extremely cold water shocks the body.

Instead drink warm water as it's help to boost metabolism .

As we all know there are always advantages and disadvantage of everything.

 

There are little advandages of drinking chilled water such as :
It may actually help in burning a couple of extra colories as you digest. 

But Is it worth the risk ? Each time you feel like drinking chilled water . Ask your self some questions like
