--YOUR OVULATION DAY: Your ovulation day is the day conception takes place, now from the menstrual cycle you can be able to know or predict your ovulation.

To calculate your ovulation is gotten by dividing your menstrual cycle by two. That is to say, if your cycle is 30 days your ovulation day is 30/2=15 so you ovulation is 15 days after the first day your period Came out..

If your menstrual cycle is 26 days, your ovulation day is  26/2=13 your ovulation is 13 day after the first day of your period etc

---YOUR FERTILE DAYS: Your fertile days are those days in your menstrual cycle that you are likely to concieve, since ovulation can last for 24-48hours in the body and is likely to come before or after the calculated day, so your fertile days are  3 days in your cycle, a day before your ovulation date or a day after your ovulation day.

Fertile days

 For 32days cycle are 15,16,17

For 30days are 14,15,16

For 28 days are 13,14,15

For 26 days are 12,13,14.

Note you don't calculate from the actual date of the year, you calculate from the first day of you period that is to say if your period is on 4th, your day 1 will be 5th.

Again, you don't have a stable date for your ovulation it changes as your menstrual date changes for each month but if it doesn't change it will be the same...

NOW TO CONCIEVE A BABY BOY, boys are concieved when a man gives you the Y chromosome now it is not in the power of the man neither is it in the power of the woman because in every sperm released by a man it carries both male and female chromosomes in millions so any lucky one becomes what you have.

But SCIENCE can help us plan our babies sex, Y chromosome swims faster but doesn't survive long, if you want to concieve a boy, have sex on your fertile days which is a day before your ovulation, a day after your ovulation and your ovulation day. Make sure you stop sexual activities 1 week before these days for it to work perfectly.

NOW TO CONCIEVE A BABY GIRL, Your husband have to give you X Chromosome from his sperm, you also follow SCIENCE planning to achieve this.. unlike the y chromosome that swims faster, here the female chromosome is very slow in getting closer to the egg, so to help her succeed the male chromosome have to give way, and we acheive this by having sex 2-3 days before our fertile days so that before ovulation all the boys in the sperm have died remaining girls.

For this method to work ensure you don't have sex during your fertile days else it can change the plan....
