5 Easy Steps To Make Your Fluffy Homemade Pancakes.
~1.6 mins read
Pancakes are the easiest dessert you can make, probably when you're too lazy to cook or on a weekend. In this article I'll be sharing my personal recipe that I use when making  my pancakes.

If you want your pancakes to be extra creamy add more milk, if you prefer your pancake to be extra fluffy and a bit crunchy then add more eggs. But there's a secret I'd like to share with you, but before that let's get started, What would you need?
Ingredients
Flour
Sugar
Eggs
Milk
Chili pepper (optional)
Salt (optional)
Vanilla Flavoring (optional)
Warm Water

Method
Step 1: Combine your dry ingredients (the flour, sugar, salt, chili pepper, milk (if in powdered form)) make sure they're well incorporated
Step 2: In a separate bowl, break and beat your eggs, then gradually add your well beaten eggs to the flour mixture (flour, sugar, salt, chili pepper, milk).
Step 3: Gradually add your warm water to the mixture, make sure the batter is not too watery or too thick and mix well, until they're no lumps in the batter.
Step 4: Heat your pan and add a little groundnut oil (1 tablespoon) when the oil is heated gradually add your pancake (in sequence) batter to the pan using whichever type of spoon that is convenient for you.
Step 5: Remember to flip it over at interval to prevent it from burning, then fry until slightly brown.
Then it is READY!!!
Now back to my little secret I don't know if you'll buy the idea, but still, I like my pancakes a bit crunchy at the edge, so when I'm frying them, I sprinkle sugar on the edges of the pancake batter while it is still frying before I flip it over.
So what do you think?
