Breadfruit Porridge, Unknown Nigerian Delicacy

In the Nigeria today, there are many foods yet be unveiled.
Here is a known but unknown delicacy, a mixture of breadfruit and cassava porridge which gives the perfect essence.
Breadfruit is a known good food which is known for its high composuof protein and fibre. It has trace elements such as lead.
Breadfruit is a local food which is called "Ukwa" as a native name in Igbo land, which grows trees in tropical areas. It can also be seen local Nigerian villages. Breadfruit is of two types, the local one and the other species which called "Ukwa Bekee" amongst the Igbo speaking communities.
The "Ukwa" is cooked till it's soft and tender then blended with an already prepared cassava product called "Tapioca" which is mixed thoroughly with palm oil with other taste giving spice of your choice as the case may be.
This meal is undoubtedly known for it's great taste and uniqueness. It is best served hot, the Tapioca present serves a good source of carbohydrate.
Breadfruit can be turned into food as the case maybe. It can be boiled or fried, check out the image below to see breadfruit in it's fried form!

UGBA: The Great Traditional Desert In Igbo Land

In the Nigeria today, especially in the South Eastern part of country. There are several deserts eaten by all.
The African oil Bean seeds which is popularly known as "Ugba" by the Igbos is an origin of the tree of the family of the leguminosae. Indigenously it is a native to tropical Africa and can also be seen in tropical South and Central America. 
Yes!, Ugba is the name and end product of fermented oil bean seeds. It is "Ukana" by the Efiks and it is consumed by over 15million people in Eastern Nigeria.
Ugba plays a very important traditional in amongst the Igbos.
It is used as a native desert in preparation of abacha and used in welcoming visitors.
Ugba can be eaten after cooking it and slicing into desirable shapes, then fermented for a day to two inorder to reduce it's acidity the more making it suitable for consumption.
In every occasions in Igbo land, the desert is prepared and used in welcoming people. Ugba at times gives out offensive odour which may at times be abusive but that's the sweetness as people claims.
