How To Prepare Vegetable Soup

Vegetable soup is a very delicious delicacy it is called Edikanikong in Akwa Ibom and Efo Riro in Yoruba.In this article, I will show you how to prepare it so easy.
INGREDIENTS:
•Meat
•Stockfish
•Dry fish
•Snails
•Palm oil
•Onions
•Fresh pepper
•Perewinkle
•Crayfish
•Seasoning cubes
•Salt
•Ugu
•Vegetables
Step1: Wash meat and stockfish, put in a pot with some water add seasoning cubes and salt. Boil till it is soft and tender.
Step2:Was and clean the snail add a little salt boil it for 3 minutes.
Step3: Put the cooked meat in a big pot add palm oil, onions, pepper, perewinkle, crayfish, stock fish, snail, dried fish e.t.c add season cubes and palm oil then stir it until the palm oil looses it's raw taste.
Step4:Add waterleaf and ugu stir and cover, cook for 3 minutes.
After it's done serve hot😋😋.
