In this article, I will be sharing with you five healthy snacks you can eat at midnight in order to make you satisfied:
1. Popcorn: Popcorn that has not been salted is healthy for a late night snack. For more taste add black pepper, and garlic can be used. When you eat it this way it will not be harmful to the body.
2. Crackers: Wheat crackers are highly recommended for late night snack. Slow carbohydrates are supposed to keep the body Fuller for a longer period of time.
3. Yogurt: A cup of natural yogurt is perfect for a late night snack. It is because it is high in protein and it also has low fat content.
4. Cherry juice: Cherry juice may not completely alleviate hunger sensations but it will undoubtedly increase the quality of your sleep thereby charging your body's metabolism and decrease abdominal body fat.
5. Cheese balls: A few balls of cheese can make you feel better about your hunger. Cheese is also a perfectly nutritious snack that will do no harm to your body.
All the snacks listed above are healthy, light, recommended and easy to digest without having digestive issues. So try them out if you are hungry at midnight.

Coconut rice with shrimp is packed with coconut aromatic flavor, it is very tasty and the shrimp bring more flavor to the coconut rice.
In this article, I will be showing you the steps on how to prepare coconut rice and shrimps:
INGREDIENTS:
•Cups of rice.
•Peas and carrots.
•Shrimps.
•Coconut milk.
•Turkey.
•Onions.
•Thyme.
•Ginger.
•Garlic.
•Cubes & salt.
Step 1: Was your rice with cold water until it is clean. Parboil your rice for about ten to fifteen minutes depending on the quantity of rice. After it has parboiled, you wash the rice.
Step 2: Place the shrimp and peel off the scales on it. Put a large pan on the medium heat and add the oil. Add the curry, thyme, onions, ginger and garlic then add the shrimps and cook for about two minutes.
Step3; Add the parboiled rice and mix. And garlic powder, seasoning cubes and salt. Add the turkey and peas and carrots then add the fried shrimps then continue to cook. Allow it to cook for five to ten minutes.
Your coconut rice and shrimps is ready.
