There are 40,000 bean varieties in the world, only few are mass produced for regular consumption. However, the nutritious value of Beans cannot be overlooked. There are various ways to enjoy your beans, depending on your preference. On this episode, we will be looking at the various ways you can enjoy Beans. Now, you create your list.
Varieties of Beans.
White Beans
Beans porridge
Bake beans, and bread
Beans, fried plantain, Jollof Rice and barbecue.
Rice and Beans
Bean Cake(Moimoi) and Pap
Baked Beans and assorted.

E PLUS Kitchen finger-licking Sauce for Spaghetti, rice, Yam and Beans is a must in your home!

Okay, let's start.
Ingredients:
Atarodo(hot red pepper)
Yellow pepper
Tomatoes
Ginger and Garlic
Fresh and well scented Curry leaf.
Onions
Fresh Titus Fish
Smoked Fish
Palm oil
Salt
Preparation
Blend Tomatoes, atarodo(hot pepper), yellow pepper, ginger, onion and garlic.
Heat oil
After some minutes
Pour the blended puree into the oil
Stir for a while
When well dissolved
Gently add the smoked fish
After three minutes
Add the salted Fresh fish..
Allow to cook
When the fish is well cooked,
add little salt.(Be careful of the amount of salt, due to the already salted fish. Taste the Sauce before you add more salt.)
Then, lastly...
Add the Fresh curry leaf
(I have a special place where I buy really fresh and well scented curry leaf..)
After two minutes
Your E PLUS Special Kitchen Sauce, is ready! You can enjoy it with your Spaghetti, Rice, Yam or Beans.
