Healthy Zobo

Hello, everyone
It's been a while here. Today I'm gonna teach on how to make a healthy Zobo drinkðŸ˜
Ingredients:â–«ï¸ Zobo leaf â–«ï¸1 pineappleâ–«ï¸2 orangesâ–«ï¸1 cucumberâ–«ï¸1tbsp cloveâ–«ï¸2 gingerâ–«ï¸sweetener
Method: â•Rinse Zobo leaf, wash and peel the back of pineapple (do not throw the back)
â•Wash and cut cucumber,ginger and oranges (throw the back,you don't want a bitter Zobo🙄)
â•In a pot,add Zobo,back of pineapple, pineapple, cucumber, ginger, oranges and clove.
â•Add water to cover up surface...allow to boil
â•When boiled,take out the pineapple (not the back),ginger and oranges in a blender. Then blend
(This is optional)
â• Sieve the Zobo and the blended mixture in a cheesecloth or sieve
â•Add fresh orange juice or sugar or honey or flavors as sweetner
â•Pour in plastic containers and store in the fridge

Peanut or groundnut oil is high in monounsaturated "good" fat and low in saturated "bad" fat, which is believed to help prevent heart disease and lower cholesterol. Most studies in animals suggest that peanut oil might help to reduce fatty build up in blood vessels. However, not all studies agree.
Groundnut oil is one of the essential oil for cooking of food and frying of different eatable things like our meat, potatoes Akara (Bean Cake) and fried yam.
Today i am going to show you how you can easily prepare your own groundnut oil from the comfort of your home using some items you easily find around the kitchen or around the house.
Before we begin, there are some items that we will need and i will list them below so be sure you have them before you commence.
