Pineapple Crush Juice
INGREDIENTS
* Pineapple
* Water
PROCEDURE
🹠Wash your pineapple with vinegar or with a tap running water,then peel
🹠Cut your pineapple into small pieces,put in a wok and cook for some minutes then add little water to boil, bring it down to cool a little then blend
🹠Sieve after blend and serve into a glass cup,add ice cube....your pineapple Crush Juice is ready for drink

Carribbean Rice
INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups of rice
• 1 kg chicken laps
• 1 cup of sliced green pepper
• 1 cup of sliced red bell pepper
• 1 cup of sliced carrots
• 1 cup of sliced onions
• 2 cup of fried ripe plantain
• 2 spoon of browning
• 3 cube of Maggi(ur choice)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 sachet of kitchen glory
• 150ml of vegetable oil
• 300g of beef cube(cow meat)
PREPARATION
ðŸšparboil the chicken with the usual ingredients ( Maggi,curry,thyme,ginger,garlic and any ingredients you use)one sachet of kitchen glory,salt and1/2 cup of onions
ðŸšAlso parboil the beef cube in a small pot with Maggi and little salt,add one cup of water and allow to cook till tender
🚠Separate the beef from the stock and set aside
ðŸšSlice carrot, plantain,green pepper,red pepper and the remaining half cup of onions
ðŸšFry the plantain and set aside....pour boiled water on the 3 cups of rice and allow to sit for 3-4 minutes...wash and cook until it is 70%done... don't overcook or else it won't turn well
ðŸšAdd two spoon of browning to the rice ,stir evenly and set aside
ðŸšJoin the chicken and beef stock together...it shouldn't be more than one cup
ðŸšOn a low heat set your cooking pot and add 150ml of vegetable oil and allow to heat for a minute before adding your beef cube...fry the beef cube for 3-5minutes until it's darkens...remove the beef cube and pour in the remaining slice onions and stir,add the sliced green,red pepper and carrot...allow to cook for abt 3minutes then
ðŸšAdd the chicken/beef stock,salt and Maggi and ground pepper,stir all together and allow to incorporate for abt a minute,then transfer the coloured rice...turn evenly and taste for salt and Maggi,if it need more add,once the taste is good add your fried meat and fried plantain
ðŸšTurn evenly,cover your pot and allow the rice simmer on a low heat for 3-5minute,then your Carribbean rice is ready.....
ðŸšServe with the chicken laps and ENJOY YOUR MEAL
