snack at midnight. But this habit affects your
health in a negative way. Consuming some food
before bedtime can disrupt good night sleep.
Some food should never be used before going to
bed.
Leafy vegetables
Leafy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and
leaf cabbage are generally good for health but
probably not better to eat before going to bed.
These vegetables can disturb the ability to sleep
peacefully, because during this time the stomach
has to struggle to digest fiber. It can also cause
digestive problems. Therefore, eat leafy
vegetables in the day before bed, because by
doing this the body gets enough time to digest
it.
Ice cream and high sugar
Eating a cup of ice cream before going to bed
may seem attractive, but later it hinders your
sleep. Like Fatti Paneer, ice cream also takes
time to digest and your body is not really able to
relax because the food is still digested. Sugar
can also cause your energy to increase. Which
makes it difficult to sleep easily. Sugar and fat
make ice cream disturbing rather than making
them sleepy. In fact, the intake of candy bars,
ice cream, cakes should not be said before going
to bed.
Citrus fruits and tomatoes
Eating tomatoes can also have a negative effect
on your sleep. This is mainly due to tyramine, a
variety of amino acids. It increases the
activation of your brain and delays sleep.
Nobody says that citrus fruits are harmful to
health, but because of excessive vitamin C,
using them before bedtime is not the right
option. Citrus fruits can cause acidity and
heartburn if not digested properly. These fruits
will not only disturb your sleep cycle but can
also make your next day useless with constant
irritation.
Alcohol consumption
A glass of alcohol may remove your lethargy, but
alcohol can affect the quality of sleep before
going to bed. Even after drinking a glass of wine,
you quickly go to sleep, but maybe you have to
wake up the next day with a feeling of fatigue.
Caffeine-rich drinks and chocolate
We all know that excessive caffeine drinks
before going to bed should be avoided as they
can cause insomnia. But the same is the case
with chocolate. Be careful the caffeine and
amino acids found in chocolate. So instead of
eating at night, you can use chocolate as
energy-boosting food during the day.

How To Make Your Plantain Or Banana Get Ripe Quickly.

Plantains/bananas are usually harvested and
transported to potential customers when they
are still green, this is because the transportation
process can sometimes take days or even weeks
to get to the intended destinations, especially
when they are to be exported.
Sometimes we crave to make banana/plantain
breads or smoothies but there won’t be any
available ripe plantain/Banana in the market, and
we have to get green ones and wait f or the time
it takes to get ripe and in this case we might
have to the appetite for the treat we crave.
But this problem can be solved easily, as there
are ways to hasten the ripening process of
Plantain or Banana but in this article, we will
treat one of the easiest ways.
The process is simple, just pre-heat your oven
and place the banana/plantain on a cookie sheet
and let them bake for about 1 hour at 300
degrees fahrenheit.
The result is that they’ll turn black and shine and
hot to touch but the heat and all the oven
process hasten the ripening, resulting in a super
soft plantain/banana, peel them off once cold
and use them to make your desired delicacy.
So there is no need to wait for long to get your
soft ripe banana or Plantain.
