A very young teenager who goes by the name Charlotte is in the news and she is really showing great love to her dying mother even though she is not yet working.

She takes care of her and does everything for her as well. They lived with their father who died a few years ago because he was sick and did not get the treatment he needed.

Well, before this happened, they were a happy family and lived as a family of 5. Their father, mother, and 3 children all in the house but they were poor. This was quite something they were used to.

Charlotte and her other siblings were all in school. They woke up in the morning and went straight to class just like the other children. They would return home after their mother had cooked lunch for them and they would play and help her with housework. Their mother always used to go to the garden and dig. She brought food home after they had been harvested. This was the kind of life that they were living in before today.

A few years later, two children decided to go to the city to look for paying jobs so that they can take care of the family because the kind of poverty they were living in was too much. Since Charlotte was young, she decided to stay and focus on her studies. Her father started getting sick and his body became weaker every day. Before they knew it, his bones had started breaking. They tried taking him to the hospital which failed and a few days later, he died.

When Charlotte’s father died, her mum got shocked and confused. She was wondering how they were going to live a life without him since he was the one who always brought money home.

At this moment, life continued and Charlotte was going to school as usual. The mother will try and do everything at home and when she is back from school, she will try to help her with housework. A few days later, her mum started feeling pain in her legs and back. She got weak too and was not able to go to the garden anymore. She was taken to the hospital for treatment and upon checks, the doctors found nothing. They said that she was just tired of looking a lot and she should get home and rest.

She went straight home to get rest but this also did not help out. Instead of getting better, her condition kept on getting worse. She also thought that it was normal sickness but she was wrong about it. She started getting thinner was when she took it to be something serious. She went back to the hospital again because the pain and suffering she was going through absolutely proved that there was something wrong with her.

At the hospital, they thought that it was HIV/AIDS running through her blood but when they got her tested, they were completely wrong and she turned out to be negative. They also tested her on other diseases and infections, they all turned out to be negative. Everyone was confused and all she did was to go back home. She thought this was something to do with witchcraft and since the hospital had failed, she decided to go to a wizard to find out from him what was wrong with her. She was given a local medicine which she took for some time and did not help her at all.

Charlotte’s mother realized that since the hospital and the wizard could not help her, she turned around and headed to the Christians to pray for her. They prayed for her but she did not also get cured. She was confused and started thinking that there was not any kind of medication that was ever going to work for her. She gave up and went for death to come for her but it did not.

After some time, she could not move anymore so Charlotte has no option but to drop out of school and take care of her dying mother because since she is all she had.
