Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd.,shortened as IVM, is a Nigerian automobile and bus manufacturing company. It was founded by Innocent Chukwuma Nwala, and runs a plant in Nnewi in the state of Anambra.Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing is nicknamed Pride Of African Road.

70% of the car parts are produced locally,while the rest is sourced from Japan, China, and Germany.

Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma (born 1961 in Nnewi, Anambra State) is a Nigerian business magnate and investor. He is the founder and CEO of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing, Nigeria's first indigenous automobile manufacturing company.

The IVM factory was commissioned by President Goodluck Jonathan on October 15th, 2010, and has not looked back since

the manufacturing plant is located in the hometown of its CEO - Innoson Chukwuma at Uru Umudim in Nnewi, Anambra State, in the south-eastern part of Nigeria. The official global headquarters is 95 Owerri Road, P.O. Box 1068, Umudim, Nnewi, Anambra State. Innoson also has an office in Lagos at Plot 1 Block A, Amuwo Odofin Ind. Estate..
