Facebook Business Suite Lets You Post To Your Business Pages On Facebook And Instagram At The Same Time
~2.7 mins read
Facebook has announced the launch of Facebook Business Suite, which is focused on helping businesses save time and stay up to date by managing their pages or profiles on Facebook and Instagram from one single platform.
Facebook Business Suite allows them to post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time, and manage and receive messages, notifications and alerts in one place. They can also easily see what’s working and learn what’s resonating with customers with Facebook and Instagram insights. According to Axios, Facebook is also planning to integrate WhatsApp messaging functionality into the app in the near future.
So instead of using Pages Manager or Creator Studio, you now have yet another way to stay across all of your Facebook and Instagram business interactions – though this one does cover a lot of functionalities within a single app.
Getting Started
To get the most out of Business Suite, I recommend you first link your Facebook and Instagram business accounts if they aren’t already. Once you do that, here are a few ways you can take advantage of key product features:
How To Access Facebook Business Suite On Desktop and Mobile Devices
To access Business Suite, log into the Facebook account associated with your business. Then, if you’re eligible, you’ll automatically be redirected to Business Suite when you visit business.facebook.com on desktop.
If you’re already using the Pages Manager App on mobile, you’ll automatically see the option to opt into Business Suite. If you aren’t currently using Pages Manager App, you can visit the iOS or Android app stores to download Facebook Business Suite app.
The Facebook business suite app joins several other Facebook offers today for its business customers, including Facebook Pages Manager, Facebook Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. However, Facebook notes that its new Business Suite isn’t currently designed to serve those who use Ads Manager.
