All tertiary institutions have received good news as Education CS has announced that schools will reopen in the next two weeks,Despite the immense increase in number of confirmed cases of covid-19 in the country. Ministry of education chaired by Cs Magoha, has been holding meetings so as to be able to come up with solutions, in regards to school re-opening and way forward and as the debate over schools reopening still continues in the country with parents, students and Education ministry seem to have different views over that issue, the Education CS still stood still to urge all parents to get their children ready for sooner learning resumption.
It is now good news following recent announcement by cs magoha, While speaking in a press conference CS Magoha revealed the government's plan to Reopen schools before January. In recent addresses, Magoha has said schools will be reopening soon but today went a step further and revealed that technical colleges and polytechnics will be the first ones to go back to school in around two weeks.
CS Magoha has been hinting up for reopening of schools very soon as Covid19 continues to Flatten. Today Magoha stated that education ministry would require Sh1 billion to supply free washable face masks to schools nationwide. This indicates that the ministry of education is not ready, to allow for Reopening of schools since the virus knocked the Country in March, students especially those siting for national exams remains uncertain of the Future that awaits them.
