Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin have removed former Arsenalgoalkeeper Jens Lehmann from the club’s board after he referred to former German player Dennis Aogo as ‘a token Black guy’.
Lehman had in a private WhatsApp message called Aogo such a name which has now attracted the wrath of the club where he used to be a board member.
The ex-goalie quickly took to social media to apologise to former German star Dennis Aogo, who is now a pundit with Sky Sports in Germany.

“Is Dennis actually your Quotenschwarzer (token black guy)?â€Aogo then posted a screenshot of the message on his Instagram story, captioning it:

President of Hertha Berlin was furious with the development and immediately distanced the team from the comments when he said via The Athletic:
“Such statements are in no way representative of the values that Hertha BSC stands for.“We distance ourselves from all forms of racism and welcome the action taken by TENNOR Holding.â€Lehman claimed he was using Quote (quota) in reference to TV ratings, which is also Quote in German

Veteran media personality, Denrele Edun, is counting down to his 40th birthday which is just a few weeks away and he recently took a trip down memory lane.
The celebrity presenter shared a picture which was taken years ago when he clocked the age of 20.
Denrele also accompanied the photo post with a short narration of the harrowing experience he and his mother had to go through on that fateful day.

The media personality explained how members of his household had woken up early that particular day to carry out house chores.
