The Hi-Tech Park increased exports last year, amounting to $2 billion 735 million. This was reported by the press service of the HTP.

The main consumers of IT products and services of HTP residents are the United States and the European Union, they account for about 90% of all exports. The first five partner countries look like this: the United States, Cyprus, Great Britain, Ireland and Russia.

- In 2020, the Hi-Tech Park significantly increased exports - the growth rate was 125%. As a result, the export volume of HTP reached $2 billion 735 million. The total production volume amounted to 7 billion 400 million rubles with a growth rate of 143%. This is an absolute record in the entire history of the Park, - said HTP Director Vsevolod Yanchevsky.
The share of HTP in Belarus' GDP exceeded 4%, and the Park employs 1.5% of all those employed in the country's economy. Residents have increased tax deductions to the budget by more than a third, last year they amounted to 418 million rubles (an increase of 138%).
Over the past year, more than 10 thousand new jobs have appeared, almost 70 thousand people work in the HTP. Also, over the past year, the Park has grown by 236 new residents, and in March this year - by another 65. Thus, the HTP already has 1,021 companies.
The volume of direct foreign investments last year amounted to $331.7 million (an increase of 126%). The HTP was replenished with 23 development centers of foreign corporations, and there are now 107 of them.
