DUTIES OF AN ADMIN OFFICER IN A UNIVERSITY.... A successful administrative officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock preparing regular reports eg. Expenses and office budget and organizing company records.

    POWER'S AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMIN OFFICER....

(1) To be responsible for administrative of campus

(2) To channel vendor management.

(3) Ensure security arrangements and safety requirements at the campus

(4) To maintain record and documentation pertaining to the work area. (5) To look after the maintenance of the services and ensure optimization. 6)To maintain and ensure fleet organization and upkeep.

(7) liaison with local bodies

(8) maintain discipline amongst the students

Today is Monday 5th of October. It a teachers day celebration. By right schools are not supposed to be on today, whether Lock down or not, 

For anyone to say that schools resumes in the state today is misappropriation of information, because even when things are normal today tends to be a holiday.

Furthermore, will teachers go to class to teach when they are hungry.

The *working condition of the teacher is the learning condition of the pupils* 

It is wrong for NUT to allow for the reopening of schools amidst the monetary condition of the teachers in the state.

Therefore, let us wait for the announcement from the NUT chairman after today's celebration to know if we will continue or not
