Episode 9

    💞Ken💞

A smile plastered on my face as I starred at Jennifer on my bed 

last night was epic 

yes I was drunk but I could still controlled myself if I wanted to but I didn't 

finally I got what I wanted 

I walked into the bathroom room quietly took a bath and dressed up 

I packed my things quietly and left the house 

somehow I felt really sad 

but what was I going to tell her ?

how do I even face her? 

that was what I wanted and now I got it 

I still had hangover from last night and the was she moaned still fills my memory 

the way she laughed loudly ,,she way she licked her lashes 

What am I even thinking ,I don't love her right 

I got what I wanted

I Don't do love I reassured myself and drove off

I woke up and looked at my naked body under the sheets

I looked at my side and he isn't there 

I tip toed to the bathroom and placed my ear on the door,if I could hear any noise or running water 

I didn't

I opened the closet and his clothes are gone 

that was when it hit me

the MF is gone 

I couldn't believe I could be this foolish he left 

what was I expecting ,he told me his intentions and he fulfilled them 

I  slumped on the floor and curled myself up 

Why dose it hurt so much 

I cried my eyes out before freshening up because I know Mom will be here any minute 

I didn't look at the mirror before entering the shower because I know I would look horrible 

I took a warm bath and used makeup to cover up my swollen eyes and pale face 

soon I was downstairs and greeted everyone 

  " we're is Ken" mom asked 

 "he left" I blurted out and mom starred at me confused

  "what do u mean" she asked 

  " he had a business emergency, you know who he is"I lied with a fake smile on my face 

  " ohh yeah "

  "that's bad " mom said 

 I ignored all they were saying and ate the little I could 

Days passed by and we were done with the wedding 

everyone went back including me 

I sat down in my apartment and watched the TV when I saw him 

I angrily used the remote and changed the channel 

I hate him so much for using me

It's been a month now and I have been doing great 

I got promoted in my work and I barely have time for myself or any guy

my phone began ringing ,I starred at the caller ID before ignoring the call 

it's no other person than my mom 

she has been calling me nonestop 

she never stops asking of Ken 

  "Dose it looks like he wants to propose"

   "hope your bring a good girlfriend"

   "have you met his family" 

those were the kind question my mom was driving me Insane with and she the one only person who kept reminding me of Ken.

I woke up feeling really horrible 

I ran to the bathroom and puked 

Geez what's happening ,,I felt really weak so  I just lay on the bed for sometime 

since I hate being late I ignored all the signs my body was showing me  

I ordered the usual lunch I do eat everyday and it was brought to me 

I was opened it and the smell hit my nostril,I felt like thrown up immediately 

I ran to the bathroom and emptied my stomach 

I think I having a fever or something.

After the days work I decided to stop by the hospital and run some test 

Minutes later the result was brought back to me and I checked it 

  "miss congratulation you are pregnant" the doctor said and I laughed nervously 

  " think you have the wrong person"I replied 

  "no ,you really are,,okay when last did you see your period"he asked 

  "period" I muttered gently in thoughts

Episode 10

    💞 Jennifer💞

I threw everything I was holding to different directions and slumped on bed 

"what am I going to do now "

that was the only question popping in my head 

 "hey girlfriend"tee yelled loudly 

  "go away " I yelled back 

  "what's wrong with you" she asked standing at the front of my door 

   "I'm pregnant" I said and she almost collapsed on the floor dramatically

  " what"she said still in shock

  "how did it happen ,who is responsible ?

she asked 

  "what do I do now"I asked ignoring her question

  "Don't worry you will figure it out ,,am always here if you need me"tee replied patting my back

thank God she didn't push it by asking who got me pregnant

she knew I don't want to talk about it and respected my decision 

that's one thing I admire about her 

Tee left later ,she made me dinner and we watched some movie together

shit!

I cursed under my breath as I starred at the clock 

I'm late 

i had no idea this is how pregnant women suffer 

I wasn't myself eariler this morning ,,I rushed I the bathroom did my business and dressed up for work..

I entered the bank only to find the whole place almost in chaos 

  "Lilly "I called one of my co worker

  "Jennifer"she called in a British accent

  "what is happening"I asked confused

  "one insanely rich man bought everything"she said 

  "what ?is that even possible"I asked in disbelief

  "oh yeah same thing I said" she replied

  "why wasn't I informed,,why didn't they tell me anything"I asked

  "no idea honey "she replied

   "so we heard his very strict ,I don't wanna get fired unlike you how is at the top position"she added and walked away 

I was so confused 

Am sure it's all this bald men in their fifties who doesn't know what to use money for again 

I entered my office and got prepared ,,an email popped in and we were to meet the new owner in few minutes 

I arranged my skirt and walked into the meeting room 

  We all sat down and waited for him 

Geez what is it with old men and coming late 

His almost thirty minutes late ,,I could see the tension in the room 

everyone was nervous apart from me ,,I have been in this field for long and all those old men forming strick boss I know how to handle them 

Finally the door opened and someone walked in 

  "sorry for the delay" he said and everyone turned to him 

My vision became blurry 

my head was spinning ,,a smrik plastered on his face as he saw me 

His the one 

"Ken"

He spoke in a bossy tone with so much authority in his voice 

It was as if all he was saying was passing my ear out 

I starred at him in awe 

why is he here 

"miss Jennifer " I heard him call and snapped out of my thoughts 

"you all can leave"he said and they quickly left leaving us alone 

 "what are you doing here" I fired instantly 

 "that isn't how to talk to your boss" he said 

  "you know what I fire myself" I said and walked out

 *semi finale*

Jennifer

 I woke up feeling nausea 

I ran to the bathroom a puke my guts out

Gezz this morning sickness 

I washed my face and that was when I knew I wasn't alone 

someone held my hair up and Pat my back 

 it was Ken 

   "Are you okay" he asked and I nodded

it was still very early in the morning and I was to weak 

Ken helped me back to the bed and I slept off.

the ray of sunlight hit my eyes and I opened them gently 

I could still remember all that happened earlier

I turned to my side of bed and it was empty 

my heart sank 

He left!

just like he did when he gets what he wants 

tears gathered in my eyes as I looked arround my room

  "hey you're  up " someone said 

a smiled inwardly when I saw a shirtless Ken walking up to me with a tray in his hands 

  "Do you feel better "he asked and I nodded 

   "I made you breakfast"he said and dropped them close to me 

he kissed my forehead before walking into the bathroom while I just starred in awe 

I can't believe this 

am I dreaming ?

Here I was thinking that Ken ran away again 

I smiled and I digged in the food 

Taste soo good 'i muttered

 Ken walked out minutes later with a towel arround his waist 

  "Take a pics it will last longer"he said with a smrik plastered on his face while I flushed in embarrassment

can't believe he caught me drooling

 My phone began ringing and I starred at it before picking it reluctantly

  "Hi Mom" I said 

 "ohh your mom"Ken said collecting the phone from me 

I left them to talk and entered the bathroom to go freshen up 

I came back and saw they were still talking and laughing

I rolled my eyes and began dressing up 

it almost an hour and they were still talking , i grabbed the phone angrily and placed in on my ear 

  "Bye Mom" I said and quickly ended the call

  "jealous"Ken asked

  "you wish" I replied back 

  "Any plans for the weekend"he asked 

  "no "I replied

I can say today I my best night ever 

Ken and I literally have a time of our lives,,I never knew he could be this fun and lively today 

We put all the things that happened between us behind and focused on having a good time 

After being exhausted we decided to go have dinner before heading back home 

our dinner was over when we made our way out and I bumped into someone

  "Hi doctor" I greeted nervously 

   "how are you and the baby doing"She asked smiling 

   "we ..are ... fine"I shuttering 

   "eat healthy and stay away from stress" she added when she noticed how nervous I looked 

    I felt my heart pounding heavily ,,this wasn't how I planned on telling Ken.  

  "care to tell me what was that about" Ken asked starring at me 

  "nothing" I replied sharply 

  "who's child is it" he asked 

   "I owe you no explanation" I replied back 

  "so it's my child huh?he asked and I ignored him 

  "gezz Jennifer when were you going to tell me" Ken asked angrily 

  "never" I replied 

  what ??

  "why are you being selfish"

he half yelled in shock

  "you carry my child and you kept it away from me" he added

  "I wouldn't have if you didn't leave that night" I replied angrily and walked away 

I quickly hailed a cab to my apartment and locked up my door 

I laid down and let my tears out

Ken

I ran my hands through my hair in frustration

yeah what was I expecting 

everything couldn't just go back to normal 

she dose have the right to not tell me about the child.

I went to a close bar and drank myself to stupor before heading home

I can't believe am going to be a father ,,the thought alone freaks me out 

I'm not the one carrying the child in my stomach but it still feels like that 

    Jennifer

I woke up feeling a little headache 

I took my bath and drank a lot of water and felt relived 

After fixing myself breakfast i felt whole again 

my mind was still on Ken,,did I do bad by yelling at him 

I was lost in thought when my door bell rang 

"Hi "I said nervously

 "Hey" he replied back 

My eyes went to the flowers in his hands 

  "Flowers" he said and gave them to me which I collected 

 "thanks,come in"I said and we both walked in 

  we sat down and starred at each other awkwardly in silence

  "Am sorry about last night" we both said in Union and started laughing

  "Am really sorry Jennifer"Ken said walking close to me 

  "I promise to be the best father"he said and I nodded

  We kissed each other passionately and in no time it was turning into a hot make out session and made our way to the bedroom.

  "Jennifer"Ken called in-between the kiss

  "huh"

  "will you marry me" he said sucking my boobs 

  "Yes"I replied moaning 

  "okay I'll get you the ring tomorrow"he said and I nodded

I have always imagine my self on this romantic date with my Mr perfect on his knees proposing to me and I will say yes

Here am I,in a hot make out session and being proposed to

Dear ladies there is no such thing as Mr perfect or Mr Right 

I always wanted that Mr Right but God gave me Mr left and it's my duty to drag the idiot to the right and that's what I did 

Ken might not be the perfect gentle man but who cares I Love Him
