If you have used The number to create a Facebook account, Facebook will ask you Do you already have a Facebook account click on No Create New account

STEP 2: MANAGE PEOPLE WHO CAN FOLLOW YOU TO BE PUBLIC
1. Click on the menu icon at the top right hand of your Facebook account. Scroll and go to The Privacy Section Under it click on PUBLIC POST.
2. Click Public below the Manage Who can follow you Section. 3. Finally, accept friend requests from people you know and delete the rest. All deleted friend requests automatically turns to your followers.
