Media personality Dele Momodu has weighed in on the child custody battle between his niece, Sophia Momodu, and Davido.
He said David’s dad offered to give one of his family apartments in Victoria Island but Sophia turned it down because, since she’s not married to David, she can’t be comfortable living in a place swarming with David’s family members. Sophia did not instigate this court action and is only seeking to protect their daughter and ensure that there is a structured, safe and sustainable manner in which father and child can engage with each other.

A yet-to-be identified married woman has been arrested for a§§aulting her compatriot over her husband.
According to a viral clip, the suspect had gone to the house of the victim to f+ght her for allegedly sl££ping with her husband. The victim’s friends were present as eyewitnesses. In the clip, the suspect can be seen dr+gging the shirt of the side-ch+ck while accusing her of snatching her husband.
The victim dials 911 and the metropolitan police officer showed up at the scene. The side-chick laid on the ground to show the policeman that she was deeply distressed by the a§§ault while the suspect was handcuffed and whisked away.,

A 46-year-old teacher at Maguya Day Secondary School in Chipata District in Zambia has allegedly ended it all by taking unknown p+i§onous substances.
It is reported that Panford Mweetwa, who was recently transferred from Nsanjika Day Secondary School to Maguya left behind a written note stating that “he had been working very hard but had nothing to show what he had achieved” and further indicated on how his money is to be shared.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Mwami turn off. Eastern Province Police Deputy Commanding Officer Stephen Mayoko who confirmed the incident to the media on Friday, July 5, explained that the deceased told his wife that he was going into Chipata town, howeve, around 10pm, Mr. Mweetwa was found unconscious.
He was rushed to Katandala clinic for treatment but was later referred to another hospital where he was admitted. Whilst being treated, the deceased who was able to talk revealed that he had taken unknown p+i§onous liquid to end his life. He passes away on the same day.
