One day a farmer’s pet fell down into a waterless well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally he decided the animal was already even old and the well needed to be covered up to avoid such occurrence or something worse later in the future, therefore, it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the pet.
He then invited all those around to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and begin to shovel dirts (Sands) into the well.

At first, the pet realized what was happening and cried horribly.
Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw.
With every shovel of dirt that fell on his back, the pet made sure she did some thing amazing.
What she did was to shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. She kept repeating the process

Then some minutes later, everyone was amazed as the pet stepped up over the edge of the well and jumped off!

Morals...
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds and manners of dirt, which would make you want to feel real bad and just give up. The trick is too not to get bogged down by it. This is because we can only get out of even the deepest wells by not stopping. And by never giving up! Shake those dirts off and take a step up!
